Phil Stead has worked in leadership positions in Bioventus for the last 9 years. Phil is currently General Manager, Pain Treatment and Restorative Therapies, a position held since July 2022. From February 2019 through June 2022, Phil served as Vice President, US Sales for US Active Healing Therapies. From October 2013 to January 2019, he served as Area Vice President, US Active Healing Therapies – East.
From 2009 to 2013 Phil worked for Smith & Nephew in sales leadership positions in both the Advanced Wound Management division and the Clinical Therapies division, responsible for sales in the Northeast and Midwest, respectively. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Johnson & Johnson in roles of increasing responsibility as a Sales Representative and later in Sales Analytics and Sales Leadership.
Phil is a graduate of University of Michigan Ross School of Business where he earned an MBA and Penn State University where he earned a BS in Science.
