Jeff Ciardi serves as the company’s Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Market Access. He is responsible for leading national account strategy and market access initiatives across integrated delivery networks, group purchasing organizations, payers and key strategic partners.
He has over 25 years of experience within the medical device and healthcare industries, including 22 years of progressively challenging roles at Mölnlycke, a world-leading medical products and solutions company, most recently as its Vice President for Strategic Accounts and Health Economics. He also held various leadership roles ranging from Senior Director of National & Government Accounts, Region Manager, Director of National Accounts to Corporate Account Manager. He started his career at Mölnlycke in sales as a territory manager and in a similar role with EBI Medical Systems.
Jeff is passionate about developing high performance teams and fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Jeff received a political science degree from the University of Delaware.
