Megan Rosengarten joined Bioventus as SVP General Manager, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, in 2026. Megan has more than 20 years of experience leading commercial strategy, innovation, and business transformation across the medical technology industry.

Before joining Bioventus, she served as President of the Surgical Robotics business at Medtronic, where she led the global operating unit and drove the company’s entry into robotic-assisted soft tissue surgery. During her tenure, she also led the acquisition and integration of Digital Surgery, a surgical artificial intelligence company. From 2014-2018, she was responsible for Global Marketing and Strategy of the Breast and Skeletal Health division of Hologic.

Previously, Megan held various leadership roles at Covidien and Johnson & Johnson across the medical device and consumer healthcare markets.

Megan received her Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and her Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy from Duke University.
