Sharath Bhat serves as VP and General Manager, International, for Bioventus since May 2025. In this role, Sharath is responsible for growing our international business across EMEA and APAC with the full Bioventus product portfolio.
Prior to joining Bioventus, Sharath was the CEO at Wörner Medical, a private equity held medical device distributor across Europe. Prior to Wörner Medical, Sharath was General Manager and Business Director at Mölnlycke Health Care, responsible for the Wound Care business across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central & Eastern Europe. Previously, he held various leadership positions across Stryker and Philips Healthcare.
Sharath holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and an MBA in Finance and has most recently completed an executive leadership program at London Business School.
