Elle a rejoint la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en 2022 en tant que vice-pr\u00e9sidente des ressources humaines et a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e \u00e0 son poste actuel en avril 2023.<\/p>\n

Mme Leupold a plus de 2 d\u00e9cennies d’exp\u00e9rience en direction des ressources humaines dans divers secteurs, notamment la biotechnologie, les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux et les sciences de la vie. Son exp\u00e9rience est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la croissance et la transformation organisationnelles, les ressources humaines et la strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration totale, les fusions et acquisitions et les int\u00e9grations connexes, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement et le maintien des efforts DEI.<\/p>\n

Avant de rejoindre Bioventus, Mme Leupold a occup\u00e9 le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sidente des ressources humaines pour les Am\u00e9riques chez Tecan, o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait charg\u00e9e de diriger l’int\u00e9gration des acquisitions et des activit\u00e9s bas\u00e9es aux \u00c9tats-Unis et de faire partie de l’\u00e9quipe de direction mondiale des ressources humaines. Avant Tecan, elle a pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de quinze ans chez Becton Dickinson (BD) o\u00f9 elle a occup\u00e9 un certain nombre de postes de direction des ressources humaines pour soutenir les unit\u00e9s commerciales de diagnostic, de sciences de la vie et de syst\u00e8mes pr\u00e9-analytiques. Avant BD, elle \u00e9tait directrice de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et des avantages sociaux chez TriPath et a occup\u00e9 divers postes en r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration dans de grands syst\u00e8mes de soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Mme Leupold a obtenu sa ma\u00eetrise \u00e8s sciences en psychologie industrielle\/organisationnelle de l’Universit\u00e9 de Caroline du Nord \u00e0 Charlotte et son baccalaur\u00e9at \u00e8s arts de l’Universit\u00e9 de l’Alabama.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
