Elle est charg\u00e9e de toutes les fonctions r\u00e9glementaires et li\u00e9es \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, facilitant l\u2019\u00e9troite correspondance existant entre les \u00e9quipes commerciales, des op\u00e9rations et de la R&D.<\/p>\n

Avant de rejoindre Bioventus, Sharon occupait le poste de directrice de l\u2019exploitation de Misonix, une entreprise mondiale de technologies m\u00e9dicales et de mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical \u00e0 ultrasons acquise par Bioventus. Au cours de son mandat, elle a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le lancement de la plateforme chirurgicale r\u00e9volutionnaire \u00e0 ultrasons, le syst\u00e8me chirurgical \u00e0 ultrasons NeXus\u00ae, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au sein de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et au Canada.<\/p>\n

Avant de rejoindre Misonix, Sharon a pass\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de sept ans chez Chembio Diagnostic Systems, d\u2019abord en tant que vice-pr\u00e9sidente du d\u00e9partement AQ\/CQ\/Op\u00e9rations techniques, avant d\u2019\u00eatre promue au poste de directrice de l\u2019exploitation, puis au poste de pr\u00e9sidente pour la zone Am\u00e9rique. Elle a occup\u00e9 le poste de PDG int\u00e9rimaire de l\u2019entreprise pendant cinq mois en 2017 et a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e dirigeante principale du service Qualit\u00e9 et Affaires r\u00e9glementaires. Elle a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez Pall Corporation en 1991, occupant plusieurs postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 croissante dans les domaines techniques, du marketing et de la qualit\u00e9 durant ses 21\u00a0ann\u00e9es de service pass\u00e9es au sein des services M\u00e9dical, Biopharmacie et Sciences de la vie de l\u2019entreprise. En 2009, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 promue au poste de vice-pr\u00e9sidente principale des services de laboratoires et scientifiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale et a occup\u00e9 cette fonction jusqu\u2019en 2012.<\/p>\n
