Antes de incorporarse a Bioventus, Chris fue vicepresidente y director general de Desarrollo Corporativo en Becton Dickinson and Company. Durante sus seis a\u00f1os en Becton Dickinson, Chris desempe\u00f1\u00f3 un papel decisivo en la transformaci\u00f3n de la empresa mediante dos adquisiciones a gran escala (C.R. Bard y CareFusion), la ejecuci\u00f3n de casi 30 adquisiciones por absorci\u00f3n e inversiones de capital y la desinversi\u00f3n de una serie de negocios no esenciales. Antes de trabajar en Becton Dickinson, Chris fue vicepresidente de The Blackstone Group.
