Vor ihrem Eintritt bei Bioventus war Sharon als Chief Operating Officer von Misonix t\u00e4tig, einem globalen Unternehmen f\u00fcr chirurgische Ultraschallger\u00e4te und Medizintechnik, das von Bioventus \u00fcbernommen wurde. W\u00e4hrend ihrer Amtszeit spielte sie eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle bei der Einf\u00fchrung der revolution\u00e4ren Ultraschall-Chirurgieplattform des Unternehmens, dem neXus\u00ae Ultrasonic Surgical System, in den USA, der EU und Kanada.<\/p>\n

Vor Misonix verbrachte Sharon fast sieben Jahre bei Chembio Diagnostic Systems, wo sie zun\u00e4chst als Vice President, QA\/QC\/Technical Operations, t\u00e4tig war, bevor sie zum COO und sp\u00e4ter zur Vorsitzenden f\u00fcr den amerikanischen Raum bef\u00f6rdert wurde. Im Jahr 2017 war sie f\u00fcnf Monate lang stellvertretende CEO des Unternehmens und wurde sp\u00e4ter zum Chief Quality & Regulatory Affairs Officer ernannt. Sharon begann ihre Karriere bei der Pall Corporation im Jahr 1991 und nahm w\u00e4hrend ihrer 21-j\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeit in den Unternehmensbereichen Medizin, Biopharmazie und Biowissenschaften verschiedene leitende Funktionen in den Bereichen Technik, Marketing und Qualit\u00e4t ein. Im Jahr 2009 wurde sie zur Senior Vice President, Global Scientific & Laboratory Services, bef\u00f6rdert und leitete diese Funktion bis 2012.<\/p>\n
