Vor ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit bei Bioventus arbeitete sie fast 11 Jahre lang in der Unternehmensgruppe Merz, wo sie verschiedene Funktionen im Bereich Unternehmensrecht und Compliance innehatte, zuletzt als Global Compliance Officer bei der Merz Pharma GmbH & Co KGaA. Im Jahr 2020 wurde Church f\u00fcr mehrere Branchenpreise f\u00fcr Compliance-Schulungen nominiert und erhielt den Women-in-Compliance-Award 2020 f\u00fcr das \u201eeinflussreichste Compliance-Schulungsprogramm des Jahres\u201c.<\/p>\n

Zuvor war sie Executive Vice President und Rechtsvorstand bei Connetics Corporation, einem Dermatologie-Unternehmen, das 2008 von Stiefel \u00fcbernommen wurde. Vor ihrer Zeit bei Stiefel war sie als Rechtsvorstand bei VISX Inc. t\u00e4tig, einem Unternehmen f\u00fcr Medizinprodukte, das Pionierarbeit bei dem als LASIK bekannten Verfahren in der Augenheilkunde geleistet hat. Sie begann ihre Karriere als Anw\u00e4ltin bei Hopkins & Carley, einer Anwaltskanzlei mit Sitz in San Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n
