Zuvor war Ladone als Senior-Vizepr\u00e4sident und Konzernbeauftragter f\u00fcr Beziehungen zu Investoren bei Baxalta Inc. t\u00e4tig, einem globalen Biopharmazieunternehmen, das 2015 von Baxter International heraus gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Sie begann ihre Karriere in der Finanzabteilung von Baxter International Inc. und bekleidete dort sp\u00e4ter mehrere fortschrittliche Funktionen in den Bereichen Finanzen, operatives Gesch\u00e4ft und Kommunikation. Ladone wurde zum Vizepr\u00e4sident des Unternehmens und Konzernbeauftragter f\u00fcr Beziehungen zu Investoren bef\u00f6rdert und leitete von 2004 bis 2015 das Investor-Relations-Programm von Baxter.<\/p>\n

Ladone gilt in der Investment-Community als Top-Profi f\u00fcr Beziehungen zu Investoren und wurde mehrmals im Institutional Investor<\/em> erw\u00e4hnt. Sie war ab 2009 auch Mitglied des Kuratoriums von Edward-Elmhurst Health System als Mitglied und\/oder Vorsitzende des Leitungs-, Finanz- und Investment-Ausschusses. Sie hatte zudem von 2012 bis 2013 die Position der stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden der Edward Health Services Corporation inne.<\/p>\n
